I'm going to keep things really easy this week, but make sure everyone gets fed.
- Friday - ate some pasta on the flight home from Munich
- Saturday - rotisserie chicken + grain salad from Costco (prepared section, delicious)
- Sunday - grilled burgers
- Monday - one pan chicken & rice dish (chicken from rotisserie purchase above)
- Tuesday - leftover grain salad & chciken
- Wednesday - leftover burgers
- Thursday - leftover one pan chicken & rice dish
- Friday - something in Lake Tahoe, I think we'll be eating out

Sounds great! I am eating a lot of tomato sandwiches, cucumbers, watermelon, fresh pink eyed peas, salmon or tuna fish on a bagel with cream cheese, etc. I will probably buy coleslaw mix, potatoes, and onion for the weekend to make grilled hot dogs with coleslaw and potato salad. I am sure I will buy another watermelon and more homegrown tomatoes by then also. Cindy in the South
ReplyDeleteSounds delicious! We’ve been doing a lot of salads since it’s been so hot here lately. I’ve also been doing a lot of cottage cheese with cucumbers as that is very refreshing too.
