It's another wild week, and I leave for Tokyo on Saturday & then come back to jury duty! :-)
- Friday - dinner in Lake Tahoe
- Saturday - 4th of July party in Lake Tahoe
- Sunday - ground beef tacos
- Monday - once again, one pan Mexican chicken and rice is on the menu, as it wasn't made last week
- Tuesday - leftover tacos
- Wednesday - leftover one pan Mexican chicken & rice
- Thursday - any remaining leftovers
- Friday - TBD

You really just get the scheduling pile built up each week! Im sure the countdown to ending this job is keeping you motivated to plug through. I couldn't do it. I've got a couple different packages og ground pork, so thinking meals that work, so a pepper and pork meal, pasta sauce, meatballs are likely.

ReplyDeleteWow - your weeks are exciting! Love the menu. I am diligently trying to clear out my freezer - STILL. In future, I will buy less of certain items that I quickly grow weary of!
ReplyDeleteHaven't had jury duty for a very long time. Thank heavens. Menu this week is using things up before we go to the cabin for the family reunion.
