I tried to squeeze a little bit of food preparation over the weekend, so hopefully dinners will be a bit easier this week.
- Monday - Chicken marsala casserole
- Tuesday - Leftover Persian dinner (beef kebabs, rice, & cucumber flavored yogurt) - Soccer practice night
- Wednesday - Sandwich night. I'm thinking caprese paninis.- Soccer practice night & M's out of town
- Thursday - Leftover chicken marsala casserole - M still out of town.
- Friday - Tacos
- Saturday - Chicken & Black Bean Taquitos
- Sunday - Chicken & Cheddar Souffle
