I was planning to be out of town over the weekend, but my plans fell apart due to bad air quality in Lake Tahoe. Here's our plan for the weekend. It's going to be easy/breezy.
- Friday - Chicken & quesadillas
- Saturday - out for a fundraiser (Chipotle)
- Sunday - kebabs & rice
- Monday - spaghetti & meatballs
- Tuesday - leftover kebabs & rice
- Wednesday - chicken fajitas
- Thursday - leftover spaghetti & meatballs
- Friday - TBD, but likely wings & gyozas, or pizza
That's it on our side. No new recipes, but there are weeks when I have the bandwidth for that, and other weeks where we keep it simple. This is the latter, for sure! What about you? What's on your menu this week?
We had really bad air the last two weeks, but it finally cleared up somewhat on Friday last. Can't take the kids out in the stroller or play at the park.

DeleteI'm doing football fare tonight. I need to get a meal ready for next two nights. I'm on afternoon puppy patrol and will work from my daughter's.
ReplyDeleteFootball fare sounds great. Mondays are my back to back practice driving night, so need to be as easy as possible.
