We have made our way through the vast majority of our freezer leftovers! This is a huge milestone, but also means that we need to get back to prepping more meals on weekends/during the week. Our schedule often makes that a challenge.
Here's what's on the menu for the week. It's apparently a very chicken heavy week. (We serve every dinner with a green salad.)
- Friday - gyozos & wings
- Saturday - grilled chicken & rice
- Sunday - orange chicken & rice
- Monday - beef broccoli noodles
- Tuesday - leftover grilled chicken & rice
- Wednesday - leftover orange chicken & rice
- Thursday - leftover beef broccoli noodles
- Friday - I'm thinking pizza

Yours sounds much more interesting than mine. I only have a bit left to use up in the fridge freezer, so I decided it was time to roast a chicken and have some leftovers from that.
