It's a bit of a haphazard week, with not a lot of scratch cooking after the holidays. But, here's what we're planning to have for dinners.
- Tuesday - we ate our free flight meal, and then went to bed when we got home, so that was easy
- Wednesday - grilled chicken (freezer) + spring rolls
- Thursday - salmon & salad
- Friday - date night?
- Saturday - burgers (freezer) over salad
- Sunday (NYE) - charcuterie tray, and steak + roasted squash & green beans

I made soup with the leftover Cornish Hens, wild rice, carrots and potatoes. We will probably have lasagna one night, hot dogs another night. We had PF Chang beef and broccoli, and their fried rice, from the grocery store. My kid likes it. Cindy in the South
