- Tuesday - Leftover Roasted Butternut Squash and Bacon Pasta. This was amazing, and used up some butternut squash that we've had in the freezer for awhile.
- Wednesday - Caesar salads with barbecued chicken (freezer)
- Thursday - White cheddar chicken pasta (bumped from last week)
- Friday - Mahi Mahi tacos
- Saturday - Date night!!
- Sunday - Skiing. Likely having our traditional apres ski meal of homemade pizza. M & I prefer this Chicken, Red Grape, & Pesto pizza.
- Monday - Garlic chicken with orzo noodles

I'm late getting this posted, as our schedule has been derailed a bit with the kids home. Here's what we're eating this week!

I tried a new salad dressing recipe with oil, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, soy sauce and cranberry juice.... you put it on greens with dried cranberries and pieces of DARK CHOCOLATE! it is surprisingly very good :-)
I Love your page!! Your weight loss success is awesome! How long did that take you? I've been trying to reach 20 lb loss for the past 4 or 5 weeks or so. I had only lost 5lbs as of last week (my husband as of this morning lost another 2 lbs, bringing him to 18 lbs lost!) Your goal of Hawaii, we are trying to go sometime in 2013. Hoping to use frequent flyer points to fund it. How are you doing and do have any thrifty tips on how to go on a dime? Thanks-will be back often.~
