I need to catch up on chores, go grocery shopping, & get a menu together for the week. We have almost nothing in the house, which is an unusual situation for us. Time to get cracking on a menu!
Here's what I'm thinking for the week:
- Tuesday - Spaghetti & meatballs
- Wednesday - Chicken pesto pasta
- Thursday - Tacos
- Friday - Homemade pizza
- Saturday - M & I are going to dinner, so I'll make the boys something quick before we leave.
- Sunday - Asian chicken salad + homemade rolls
And, on the to do list for today:
- Work out! A must do
- Make a Costco list
- Costco & the produce stand
- I'm meeting M for lunch
- Laundry
- Finish unpacking
- Pay bills
- Sort our schedule for the week
- Figure out dates for a work trip M needs to take
- Drop off overdue books at the library (yikes!)
That's it for me. What about you? Are you back to work/school this week? Are you ready for 2018??
I am very ready for 2018, but I started off sick! UGH! No voice again, but I will get on top of this. We are not really back this week - the public schools are still out, so we decided to take another week. Today, taking it easy so I can get better - reading, contemplating my habits and grading homeschool - maybe a nap later if I get too tired. I hope you have a great day!
ReplyDeletereality Yikes!
ReplyDeleteWe're back to work and back in front of the computer! I missed my computer :)
ReplyDeleteI'm still pretty sick so my plan to add working out to each day has to stay on hold, I can't afford to get worse, but I'm looking forward to getting better and starting to add miles to our daily regimen.
I cooked a pork roast from the freezer last night, along with some rice, and frozen green beans, and should cook the trout with the dill I stashed in the freezer this week. I hope that the dill is still good!
With all the planning I did in advance of 2018, I feel like getting here is a little anti-climatic :)
