A haphazard menu plan

 It's not really much of a "plan", but here we are!

  • Friday - I got to go out with an old coworker to one of my favorite restaurants in London - Dishoom
  • Saturday - I ate lunch on the plane, and went to bed early. I believe M had salmon & salad, and Sam ate after work
  • Sunday - I baked up the last part of a pizza & we had that with chicken
  • Monday - M grilled burgers
  • Tuesday - edamame, grilled chicken & cauliflower rice
  • Wednesday - leftover burgers
  • Thursday - chicken samosas & edamame
  • Friday - the last of the burgers, or chicken wings & gyozas, if those are all gone
It's a real "winging it" type of week! What are your go to "I don't have time to plan or prep" menu options?

  2. I'm baking a bunch of meat balls for dinner plus sandwiches for later, some for freezer. I've heard of Dishoom and will add toy list to go to in London week. If you happen to travel there the 21-26th of November, let me know.

  3. Sounds like a good plan especially with your traveling. My go to is chicken tacos as we love them and they are easy to fix.

  4. I have been cleaning out my fridge and freezer so i can give it a good clean and use up things before they go south. Plus, I don't feel like shopping...maybe next week. Samosas sound good to me!

  5. Tomato soup and grilled cheese is my winging it meal.
    Also, green beans and cheese toast….. Cindy in the South
