Keeping it short & simple, as another wild work week is ahead. Here's what we're eating this week.
- Friday - pizzas (kids), leftover curry & rice (adults)
- Saturday - Burgers on the grill, with Mediterranean Coleslaw
- Sunday - Beef & cauliflower taco skillet (didn't get made last week)
- Monday - baked chicken & pasta
- Tuesday - leftover burgers
- Wednesday - potentially takeout. If not, spaghetti & meatballs
- Thursday - leftover beef taco skillet
- Friday - Wings & salad

DeleteI just slapped together a menu for the week-lots of stuff form freezer as I didn't do much of a shop this past week. I'm trying a new to me recipe later in the week and am doing a Dollar tree meal challenge.
ReplyDeleteWe definitely have "slap it together" menu plans as well. Some weeks are just like that.
DeleteRisotto, homemade brownies, and probably a slow cooker meal of some sort--pork with sauerkraut and gleaned apples, probably. I am on a low-spend, having failed miserably at my no-spend August, so no eating out, at least for me. As such, I may have to resort to easy meals, such as tuna casserole, fish and chips, and foil baked fish dinners. There's loads of food in the freezer and pantry, so this should be easy.

DeleteI want soup, and the weather looks like it's getting closer to soup weather. Unfortunately, I"m really the only soup eater in my house.
