- Friday - we went out to eat, as shockingly we had a free Friday night. We tried a new Italian place in town
- Saturday - M's grilled chicken + caprese salad
- Sunday - tacos
- Monday - tomato basil chicken (freezer) over pasta or spaghetti squash
- Tuesday - leftover chicken & caprese salad
- Wednesday - tacos
- Thursday - leftover tomato basil chicken
- Friday - TBD

I'll. E using the crockpot a lot with our schedules. More fresh produce as it's available at roadside stands or Farmers market will be added to all meals.

DeleteI am In the process of making a big old pot of chili, using up these tomatoes and peppers.

DeleteWe had meatloaf tonight as I wanted some comfort food and it hit the spot. I like having freezer assets on hand like your tomato basil chicken.
ReplyDeleteIt's ever so nice to have something you can just grab out of the freezer, in a pinch. We are having Chinese tonight, but M doesn't love it, so I grabbed a protein option (frozen beef kebab) & he'll have that instead. So easy.
