Another week of menu planning! It's a short week for me, and the "use it up" freezer plans continue.
- Friday: last of the chicken fajita rice
- Saturday: Philly cheese steaks (on the freezer "use it up" list)
- Sunday: Korean beef bowls + rice
- Monday: chicken stir fry + fried rice
- Tuesday: leftover chicken stir fry
- Wednesday: leftover Korean beef bowls + rice
- Thursday: I will be eating at the airport lounge before my flight to Denver
- Friday: In Boulder, will be eating at a friend's house. I might order delivery for all of us, depending on what she has planned

Last night a kid made slow cooker garlic Parmesan chicken with pasta and it was delicious. Tonight is foil wrapped baked salmon. No idea beyond that! I really have lost my desire to cook, but not my desire to eat, so meals have been rather…fluid. There isn’t much long term planning. It’s basically a “what’s on hand and who is eating.” I DO, however, have plans to bake and freeze several more pound cakes as the chickens are giving us more eggs than we know what to do with!

The slow cooker recipe sounds delicious - would love a link to a recipe if you have one! I'm glad we are not/wish we were closer, because pound cake is one of my favorite treats in the world, and I would most certainly eat an entire one! - HP
