It's always tricky when we are gone for some or all of the week, as we heavily rely on Saturday/Sunday cooking for leftovers. But, having a plan helps tremendously!
- Friday - leftover tacos
- Saturday - out to dinner at the hotel we stayed at
- Sunday - grilled chicken (freezer)
- Monday - spaghetti & meatballs (freezer)
- Tuesday - leftover grilled chicken
- Wednesday - leftover spaghetti & meatballs
- Thursday - salmon
- Friday - TBD, based on any leftovers

Your leftovers sound great! I am trying to use up what is in the freezer bc I will be at a CLE conference Friday through Sunday. I made ground turkey meatloaf, and baked chicken legs with green beans. I will also serve salad and other veggies. Cindy in the South
ReplyDeleteWeather's a mixed bag so sort of playing meals by ear. I'm pretty stocked after an insanely huge shop last week. There's bound to be a leftover night or two.
