Fitness Monday

It's been really busy at work, and I had a commute day + had to be home two days during my normal workout for a pest control appointment.  Good times!

Weight: 150.6, down .7 lbs from last week

Calories: 1,274/day

Steps: 11,857/day

Workouts:

  • One cardio/strength class
  • One 60 minute elliptical workouts
  • Two 30 minute elliptical workouts
  • One  6.5 mile hike
  • One spin class 

Goals for the week:

  • Another really busy week, but I would really like to get in 3-4 strength training workouts, since I only managed one last week
  • Go to the doctor (this is happening, but noting it, as a positive step for my health, even though it's no fun
  • Increase steps/day
  • Increase protein
