We had a great weekend, celebrating my nephew's graduation. We flew back yesterday afternoon, & M & I both have the day off work. The teens, on the other hand, are both working today.
Here's what's on the menu this week:
- Friday - M & I ate a few things on the lounge, & bought Sam a sandwich at the airport
- Saturday - there was lots of party food available to enjoy
- Sunday - when we got back from the airport, I defrosted barbecued chicken & served that with fried rice
- Monday - M is grilling burgers, since we have the day off today, & more time to cook
- Tuesday - chicken fajitas (prepped & in the freezer, just need to be baked)
- Wednesday - leftover burgers
- Thursday - leftover fajitas
- Friday - we are flying to a family wedding, so something at the airport

We were using up what we had on hand this week. It’s an easy way to save money. Congratulations on your nephew graduating. That’s wonderful.
