Another Monday has made its way back around, and it's menu planning time.
- Friday - salmon + gyozos (discovered we had three bags in the freezer)
- Saturday - leftover garlic noodles with beef & broccoli (this recipe was great, btw)
- Sunday - Swedish meatballs (carryover from last week)
- Monday - chicken sausage & white bean skillet
- Tuesday - tacos (meat from the freezer)
- Wednesday - leftover Swedish meatballs
- Thursday - leftover chicken sausage & white bean skillet
- Friday - TBD. Maybe pizza
What about you? What's on the menu for the week at your house?
It all sounds delicious. I am including chicken sausages, salmon, and meatballs into our menu this week too. :)

DeletePot roast with mashed potatoes, carrots last night. That will be cottage pie tonight. Baked salmon with roasted potatoes are planned for Tuesday. I had a request for soup, lasagna, and tuna casserole. That brings me to the weekend again. I am going to bake a cranberry swirl coffee cake with cranberry sauce leftover from last night, as well as a batch of Russian tea cakes(Mexican wedding cookies.)
ReplyDeleteOoh, pot roast sounds so fabulous. I'll also be over for the Russian tea cakes (what they are called in my family as well). Yum! (HP)

ReplyDeleteAll sounds great. I just walked to the grocery store for a top off of vegetables either eaten already or forgotten when my son shopped. There was a great reduction on chicken breasts and sale price on drumsticks. I think we'll have several chicken meals including the weekly soup I seem to make now that it's cool. Tonight's stuffed shells with salad and homemade bread ,( feeling carby). I've been hungry for brats so tomorrow is brats with red beans and rice. That's all I've officially thought through.
ReplyDeleteI'm also very much in soup making mode, although the stuffed shells & homemade bread sound fantastic as well. (HP)
DeleteSwedish meatballs sounds very interesting. They are something I have never made and probably should at some point. Pulling out the taco meat I made to use on Saturday, along with some flat breads (soft tacos).
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
