We have quite a bit in the freezer, so this will likely be a bit of a use it up week. Here's what I'm thinking.
- Friday - gyozas & wings
- Saturday - chicken curry & rice
- Sunday - grilled chicken & pasta salad
- Monday - chicken enchiladas
- Tuesday - spaghetti & meatballs
- Wednesday - chicken curry
- Thursday - chicken quesadillas
- Friday - we are heading to San Diego for a wedding, so something at the airport

I was just thinking this morning that my plan this week was all over the place. Starting Monday night, we're back to three of us in the house so need to plan well.
