I tend to do all/most of the cooking on weekends, to minimize time spent in the kitchen after work.
Here's what's on the menu this week:
- Monday - Grilled burgers (reheated)+ grilled peppers stuffed with goat cheese
- Tuesday - Homemade meatball pizza (really, thinly sliced burgers instead of meatballs) with peppers, tomatoes, & basil from the garden. (Leftovers - it was amazing!)
- Wednesday - Chicken & pesto pasta
- Thursday - Tacos with homemade guacamole
- Friday - Clean out the fridge day
- Saturday - homemade pizza
- Sunday - Chicken tacos
