I'm feeling very uninspired on the meal front this week - not sure why.
- Monday - Quinoa Mango Chicken dish (STILL haven't tried this one :-))
- Tuesday - Spaghetti (sauce from the freezer) + meatballs
- Wednesday - Oven baked chicken risotto
- Thursday - Boys having leftovers
- Friday - I'm assuming the boys will eat out or M will barbecue
- Saturday - Ditto Friday
- Sunday - Leftovers - I'm getting home in the late afternoon from the airport
So, there you have it. My very boring meal plan for the week! But, even putting together a boring meal plan means less eating out, & less food waste.
