I'm trying to make sure I have plenty of healthy things to do today, so I don't doom scroll the news all day/evening.
Here's what's on my list:
- Sort out car title/transfer (we sold our extra car! Hurrah!)
- Morning work out class
- Daily chores (meditate, language lesson, journal)
- Work in the yard for an hour
- Get in 12k steps
- Work on job applications
- Puzzle or read
- Come up with 10 things to sell or donate
- Fill out coach's reports & complete all monthly tasks for volunteering role
What about you? What are your plans for today? Also, in the US, props to all of you who are poll workers, helping to ensure everyone can safely cast their vote!
No tv at all but the Waltons. I'm so done.
ReplyDeleteI am treating this as a normal day. I voted and that is the only control over the outcome I have. Now whatever happens, happens and I will move on with it.
