I'm going to try a different timing with my menu plan, and post it on Sundays (despite the lack of symmetry with "Monday" and "Menu" ;-), and have Monday be a fitness recap. I'll give it a whirl & see how it goes.
- Friday: orange chicken & fried rice
- Saturday: spaghetti & meatballs + garlic bread
- Sunday: one pot chicken & rice
- Monday: leftover spaghetti & meatballs
- Tuesday: tacos
- Wednesday: leftover chicken & rice
- Thursday: Thanksgiving! We have steak, scalloped potatoes, sauteed green beans with parmesan & toasted almonds & ice cream & pie. Oh, and the adults often have pomegranate martinis as part of happy hour, where the teens eat goat cheese crostini with pomegranate seeds on top.
- Friday: chicken shawarma
