I love a long weekend Sunday! The extra day is so important for relaxing & time to decompress.
Here's what's on the menu for the week at our house:
- Friday - freezer leftovers (cauliflower rice enchilada skillet)
- Saturday - out, date night
- Sunday - chicken sausage white bean skillet (carryover from last week)
- Monday - grilled burgers + watermelon
- Tuesday - leftover chicken sausage white bean skillet
- Wednesday - easy teriyaki chicken + rice
- Thursday - salmon
- Friday - leftover easy teriyaki chicken + rice

Your food sounds great! Just typical baked beans from scratch, hot dogs, potato salad, coleslaw, watermelon, maybe bbq chicken legs if I feel ambitious tomorrow… lol. Cindy in the South
