Making a menu plan helps me keep our grocery budget (a bit more) in check, and ensure we reduce/eliminate food waste. Here's what's on the menu at our house.
- Friday - zuppa toscana soup (delicious!)
- Saturday - crockpot chicken & dumplings
- Sunday - garlic shrimp & edamame
- Monday - Korean beef & rice
- Tuesday - leftover chicken & dumplings (the rest to the freezer)
- Wednesday - creamy garlic chicken
- Thursday - wrap up any leftovers
- Friday - slow cooker chicken satay & rice
