I'm a bit delayed this week (story of the week, for sure!), but better late than never.
Weight: no change on my weight
Calories: 1,675 - yikes! Too much Persian food over the weekend
Steps: 12,126
Workouts:
- 3 cardio + strength classes
- 1 strength focused class
- 4 mile run
- 3 mile run
- 45 minute treadmill workout
- 30 minute treadmill desk walk
Overall nutrition/goals:
- I'm still trying to find the right balance on getting workouts in during the work week, which remains challenging.
- I also have had so much going on with the family, and lots of celebrations, which has impacted my eating. Overall, I feel like I'm doing "okay".
- For this week, goals are to keep eating really balanced & get in plenty of running, before I head to London on Sunday night.
What about you? How did you do with your health & fitness goals this week?
I feel like I'm doing OK, too. I walked all four days off last week, even after a challenging PT session. I have increased veggies, still working on hydration goals, trying to eat intuitively. (:
ReplyDeleteNice work, Gina! Those sound like great goals. - HP
DeleteI'm doing OK here too, getting more steps in, intentionally, which helps a lot. Keeping track on eating, didn't lose this week though either, but didn't gain either, so I'll take it.
ReplyDeleteSome weeks are all about the steady activities, which you are doing so well at! - HP
DeleteMy calories could definitely be better. We've just had so many things throwing routines off kilter. I've tried to be more conscious of it this week. I guess we just all have weeks like that. London sounds so exciting! Can't wait to hear more about it.
ReplyDeleteVery much hear you on the weeks out of your routine. I feel like my whole life is like that right now, as I establish new routines with work. London will be: the airport, the office & the hotel, although I am very excited to spend time with my colleagues in real life. I'm one of the only US people, so it will be so great to spend time together. And, on Friday, going to one of my favorite restaurants with a former colleague/friend & really looking forward to that. That's my one "fun" thing I'm doing while I'm there. - HP
DeleteHome prepared Persian food sounds so divine. HP!
ReplyDeleteOver here, after six months of hard mental work, my personal weight goal has been met, but even more significant I feel is that I have won the mental game. I 'get' what remaining at my current weight will involve, and I have accepted it for what it is - eat, but just not very often.😅
I am super impressed with you, Tamara! The mental aspect of health & fitness is really just the only thing that drives results. Well done!- HP
DeleteJackie is being bad and trying to get gardening things completed as well as inside projects. No exercise really.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
Hope you have a great fitness week ahead, Jackie! - HP
