So far, I haven't been called either of the days, which has been awesome. - HP
DeleteI like the idea of reheating rather than cooking. And a lot of leftovers are better the second time around!
ReplyDeleteI am just over cooking for the most point. Anything easy and healthy is a win for me. I really need to get back into batch cooking/meal prep, but it's not the season for me right now. - HP
DeleteJury trials are very stressful from the attorney end. They can be physically difficult for those jurors with health issues because sometimes the trials last a long time. I don’t know about California, but on the state jury level here in the small rural counties in the district
ReplyDeletewhere I practice. you can call the circuit clerk, if you have a doctor’s excuse, and email it and she can take you off the list if the judge approves. Federal jury rules can be different. I'm lucky that this is only a county summons. The most I can be asked to do is a week, and so far the last two days, they haven't needed me. Fingers crossed that continues! HP
DeleteGreat menu plan and perfect for the heat and serve that you need this upcoming week.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
We are definitely pressing the easy button this week. - HP
