Reality is back! We are back to work & school (Sam, at least - Nick has a few more days), so we need a menu & a plan to get back to life.
- Friday - steak, out in Las Vegas with my parents
- Saturday - steak again! I really don't eat steak often, but when I'm out, it's one of my favorites
- Sunday - frozen pizza + lots of salad
- Monday - chicken orzo dish (freezer)
- Tuesday - spaghetti & meatballs + garlic bread
- Wednesday - creamy Dijon chicken
- Thursday - leftover spaghetti & meatballs
- Friday - leftover Dijon chicken

Sounds delicious! Yesterday, I made a large bit of dried beans with a can of carrots and a can of rotel tomatoes since I am trying to reduce my “collection” of dried beans and canned vegetables. I also made rice. Cindy in the South

ReplyDeleteYes, it’s back to reality for us too. Your menu for the week sounds good. I’m using up the last of some chicken today in grilled chicken salads and then I’ll be making tacos this week too.
