Phew, the crazy week is wrapping up & I leave for vacation on Tuesday! It has been absolutely wild around here, but things are very slowly settling down. It was not my best cooking week, for reasons like being out of town, but we made things work.
- Friday - I made the Argentinan shrimp (Trader Joes), which I would definitely recommend as a staple, as they are excellent & defrost really quickly. Had this with (TJs) veggie fried rice.
- Saturday- M grilled burgers for some friends Nick had over, and we had burgers, fries, potato salad, and a watermelon that was yellow?
- Sunday - I'm making a chicken/rice one pan dish tonight.
- Monday - birthday dinner out, with guests!
- Tuesday - eating at the airport lounge, most likely
- Wednesday - Friday - Greece!
