I'm getting a bit later start on our menu planning this week, but as always, having a menu helps me feel more relaxed & ready for the week. It also avoids meals out!
Here's the plan:
Tuesday - leftover burgers from our barbecue
Wednesday - tacos (I prepped & froze the meat on Monday)
Thursday - leftover hot dogs from our barbecue (currently in the freezer)
Friday - any remaining leftovers. If none, frozen pizza
Saturday - kebabs & rice
Sunday - curry with rice
