Dubai

We flew in this afternoon, after a 25 hour travel day. I'm beyond exhausted, but trying to stay awake until as close to a normal bed time as possible.

The trip was everything we wanted it to be - so much wonderful family time, and lots of laughs. I'll share more, but leave you with a few photos of the adventure.

It was very emotional leaving yesterday, and closing out the trip with a VERY long travel day+. But, we're home now & can relax tomorrow, before we all go back to work & school on Monday.

    1. Thank you! There's a lot of resting in my future. I'm giving myself today to adjust a bit, and then hopefully working toward more normal body clock this week.

    1. It was really such an experience. The boys had only ever been to Canada before, and Dubai was.... pretty different from that :-) It was quite a cultural immersion, plus all of the family time. It was amazing.

    1. Such a once in a lifetime experience. I really had to sell M on the idea, as he was worried about the cost, logistics, and how hard it would be for everyone to be there, but not speak the same language. I know he's so grateful that we made it happen.
